If it weren’t for journaling, I wouldn’t have a memoir coming out in September. Blissful Thinking: A Memoir of Overcoming the Wellness Revolution (Motina Books, 9/26/23) began through the journals I kept while on the hamster wheel search for nirvana.

Yet during the pandemic my journaling fell off. When I looked at what I wanted to bring back to my life, my journal was at the top of the list.

The New York Times describes journaling as not only “one of the more effective acts of self-care,” but one of the cheapest. All you need is pen and paper.

So I’ve recommitted to the practice, and as part of that commitment, I’m offering this journaling workshop.

Journaling ranks right up there with meditation when it comes to clarifying your purpose and meaning in life, improving relationships, increasing self-awareness, reducing stress and boosting immune function. 

This hour-long session includes thorough grounding in:
